The Practice

Established in 1979 by Raymond Lee and became incorporated in 2004 as LA Project Services Ltd trading as Lee Associates.

Directors

Raymond G. Lee, F.R.I.C.S., MaPS., F.F.B., is the Principal and is a Chartered Surveyor and experienced Planning Supervisor. He has had over thirty five years professional experience in the construction industry. During his career he has worked for professional practices, building and civil engineering contractors and nationalised industries before founding this practice in 1979. He has gained specialist knowledge in structural steel and timber framed buildings, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering projects and has a wide knowledge of all types of housing, private, commercial and industrial building projects.

Michael R. Lee, BSc (Hons)., Dip Proj Man., M.R.I.C.S., MaPS., is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the practice in 1993. He has an honours degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Chartered Surveyor. He has worked in private practice and the public service in the South Wales area on a variety of projects, e.g. housing, factories, schools, office and shop developments, etc.. He is a qualified Project Manager having completed and passed a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors post-graduate diploma course with the College of Estate Management.

Staff and Office

Our staff have a broad experience of all aspects of the construction industry both professionally and commercially, together with a full clerical back-up team.

The practice has its offices in the centre of Chepstow, which enables easy and quick access to Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, South and Mid Wales, Bristol and the South West, Birmingham and the Midlands, London and the Home Counties.
