Employer's Agent

Specifying Employer's requirements and conditions of contract comparing contractors designs and value for money, reporting thereon and making recommendations, providing full financial and expenditure control throughout the contract period and where required acting as Employer's Agent in a full Supervisory capacity.

The pre-contract role involves:

  • Providing advice at the design stage
  • Producing employer's requirements and tender documentation
  • Negotiating with contractors on design, specification and cost
  • Ensure all statutory consents are in place
  • Reviewing the contractor offer / proposals
  • Preparing the contract documents

Post-contract services include managing and co-ordinating the project team to deliver the clients aspirations and commercial objectives including project delivery on site, within the pre-agreed financial limitations in accordance with the contractor proposals to a high standard of workmmanship in accordance with statutory requirements.
